GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. Please check this website often for updates on the convention; we will be posting all updates here as we have them available.

  2. For convention-related questions: please contact our Convention Coordinator Amy Loewenthal at the RRA office (215) 576-5210 x 239 or email convention@therra.org.

  3. For hotel registration questions, please contact Kelsey Chaminoux  at Ayelet Tours (800) 237-1517 x 338 kelsey@ayelet.com.

  4. Please bring your own copy of Kol Haneshamah: Limot Hol siddur. We will only have a few extra copies available on site. Also, remember your talit and/or tefillin.

  5. The minhag for the Tuesday night President’s dinner is that dress is somewhat less casual/more formal. As this is minhag and not din, this is simply aytza tova.

  6. Please note there is no convention lunch for Wednesday and this year we are not offering box lunch to go option.

  7. If you want to bring materials for distribution or sale we will have a space available for display. No one is available to staff sales so you are responsible for managing payments. Please note that anything not picked up by the end of the convention has to be taken back with you or it gets thrown away. As a general guideline, we average 80-100 people at a convention if you’re counting copies.

To help us have the right amount of table space available, please send Amy Loewenthal (convention@therra.org) an e-mail telling her what you are bringing (e.g., CDs for sale, copies of a newsletter, brochures, etc).

  8. We like to welcome new rabbis as well as those attending convention for the first time (sometimes that's the same people) at the opening dinner on Sunday, so if you're in either of those categories please try to arrive in time for the opening dinner.

  9. Food: Convention meals taken together are kosher by ingredients but not by kelim. If you have any kashrut concerns please let Amy Loewenthal know as soon as possible.  The registration form has a space for indicating special food needs and/or concerns and/or allergies.
